Farm to Table Catering


Our Executive Chef, Giovanni Bordenga, has built relationships with all the local farms and often visits them in search of ingredients for his latest culinary creations. He also maintains contact with the fresh fish markets to insure he gets the finest indigenous fish caught off the coast of Florida. In addition to these sources Chef incorporates herbs and vegetables grown right here in Maison & Jardin’s very own herb garden, which he tends himself.
